The tea is made from ancient trees in the regions of Yiwu, Gelianghe, Bangdong, and Mengsong — all areas in Yunnan known for their rich variety of tea tree species. While the output from century-old tea trees is rare and precious, ‘Yongcang’ blends the ancient methods of tea-making from four different tea areas, allowing the tea’s full potential to be realized.
