Haiwan Tea Industry was established in 1999, co-founded by Mr. Zou Bingliang and Mrs. Lu Guoling.

The Haiwan Tea Industry is composed of Anning Haiwan, Yunnan Haiwan, and Menghai Haiwan. Anning Haiwan is primarily responsible for refined processing of Pu'er tea, Yunnan Haiwan handles product R&D and sales, and Menghai Haiwan oversees fermentation and primary processing of Pu'er tea.

The company mainly produces and operates Yunnan Pu'er tea, Yunnan black tea, Yunnan green tea, Yunnan white tea, and tea-based products, all made from large-leaf Yunnan tea. The annual production capacity exceeds 3,000 tons.

Haiwan Tea Industry has obtained multiple quality certifications, including Japan’s JAS, the EU, U.S. NOP, China’s QS, and Chinese organic certification.

The company owns over 5,000 mu (approximately 330 hectares) of tea plantations and more than 20 primary processing facilities in Xishuangbanna, Lincang, and other regions, and cooperates on over 26,000 mu (approximately 1,733 hectares) of ancient tea forests.

Haiwan Tea Industry owns three brands:  "Laotongzhi," "Haiwanliangpin" and “Jiajia".
