Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees

Estimated Delivery Time

  • However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customs & Duties

Tracking & Lost Packages
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
