Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, meaning you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returns & Exchanges

  • No-reason returns & exchanges: You may return or exchange an item for any reason within 14 days; however, the return shipping cost will be borne by you. The item must remain in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Product quality issues (excluding packaging defects): If the item has a quality issue that does not involve the outer packaging, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • No outer packaging, minor damage, but still resellable: If the item arrives without its original packaging and has minor damage that does not affect its resale value, please contact us via email within 14 days to discuss a possible return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original one first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is placed within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must remain in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
